The main aim of the issue is to create local economy structure with stable rise in the living standards of local people.

Among authors of the book there is a candidate of technical science Uladzimier Harbacou, a candidate of historical science Alaksandar Kadancyk, an economist-manager Andrej Jurkou, and scientist, agronomist Mikalaj Jurkou. The scientific editor of the strategy is a famous Belarusian economist Michal Zaleski.
